The long-running tension between Young Buck and 50 Cent is heating up again.
According to posts circulating online, the latest flare-up started after Young Buck posted a birthday video of himself riding a horse through his neighborhood in Nashville.
The clip quickly caught 50 Cent’s attention, and he responded with a familiar move: trolling his former G-Unit groupmate on social media.
50 posted a parody inspired by The Dukes of Hazzard, jokingly replacing Buck in the G-Unit lineup with GloRilla’s sister BroRilla. In the caption, he wrote: “They mad because you up! I use to love Dukes of hazards back in the day, they threw Bro up in there homie you made it. LOL” The comment referenced an old controversy involving Buck that 50 has repeatedly mocked over the years.
BroRilla then responded with her own video, claiming she was just excited 50 Cent posted her on his Instagram, knowing how big she is. This led 50 Cent to share the post, with the caption “They Mad because you up! Young Buck kicked out, you in the group 🤨at least I know you ain’t looking at my a**. LOL.”
Buck did not let the joke slide. During a recent Instagram Live, the Nashville rapper fired back directly at his former label boss, claiming 50 is afraid to return to his own neighborhood in Queens. “Walk through your hood first,” Buck said, while addressing him. He also suggested that 50 should be more focused on issues involving T.I.’s sons instead of him.
50 quickly returned to the comments section after the livestream clips began circulating, continuing to troll Buck by calling him a “broke boy” and doubling down on his joke.
The exchange adds another chapter to a feud that has stretched on for years. Buck was once one of the prominent members of G-Unit, but his relationship with 50 Cent unraveled publicly in the late 2000s after financial disputes and label issues, and the two have traded insults on and off online ever since.
