Jaden Smith is making sure his first Christian Louboutin collection receives plenty of attention.
The 27-year-old rapper, actor and designer shared a revealing promotional image on Instagram while celebrating the launch of his debut Fall/Winter 2026 collection as Christian Louboutin’s Men’s Creative Director.
In the striking photo, Jaden Smith appears completely nude while covered from head to toe in vivid red paint, seemingly referencing the famous Christian Louboutin red sole that has defined the luxury fashion house for decades.
The image was included in a carousel reflecting on Jaden’s journey with Christian Louboutin after he was appointed the brand’s first Men’s Creative Director in September 2025.

“Well in the end ’twas blissfully and mystically CL,” Jaden wrote in his caption before describing his “TCT Formal” concept as “a utility dress code as a way of life.”
The nude Jaden Smith photo quickly began attracting attention online, but the red-painted visual appears to be more than a simple attempt to shock followers. The imagery fits into the larger creative direction surrounding his Christian Louboutin Men’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection, which uses red lighting, sculptural installations and experimental photography to connect fashion with performance art.
Jaden Smith Launches First Christian Louboutin Men’s Collection
Jaden Smith unveiled his first Christian Louboutin collection earlier this year after becoming the first person appointed specifically to lead the brand’s men’s division.
His role includes overseeing multiple annual collections involving men’s shoes, leather goods and accessories. He is also responsible for helping shape the campaigns, presentations and artistic identity surrounding Christian Louboutin menswear.
The Fall/Winter 2026 collection features a mix of statement footwear, structured apparel and accessories that combine traditional luxury design with Jaden’s experimental approach to fashion.
The red paint covering Jaden’s body appears to continue the visual language first introduced during the collection’s Paris presentation. That exhibition featured intense red lighting, unusual installations and an enormous fragmented red head used to display pieces from the collection.
Rather than separating the clothing from the artwork surrounding it, Jaden has treated the entire Christian Louboutin campaign as one connected creative project.
Willow Smith Inspired Jaden’s Christian Louboutin Designs
While speaking with Complex during a Los Angeles event for the collection, Jaden revealed that his younger sister, Willow Smith, was one of his biggest design influences.
Jaden explained that although he is officially designing for the Christian Louboutin men’s universe, Willow often wears the types of shoes he creates. Her personal style helped him think beyond rigid gender categories while developing the collection.
He also described his approach as multigenerational, suggesting that he wants the Christian Louboutin men’s line to appeal to different ages and styles rather than one narrow customer.
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were also present to support their son’s major fashion milestone.
Jada praised Jaden’s willingness to think outside the box and said his interest in fashion goes beyond simply having good taste. According to her, Jaden has spent years studying fashion and taking its history seriously.
Will admitted that he never expected to see “Men’s Creative Director at Christian Louboutin” on his son’s résumé, but said he was proud to watch others recognize abilities in Jaden that even he had not anticipated.
He also recalled Jaden drawing designs on T-shirts around the house when he was younger, showing that his interest in creating clothing began long before the Christian Louboutin appointment.
