Skepta has called out several adults for allegedly making North West uncomfortable during Paris Fashion Week.

The UK rapper reacted after videos of the 13-year-old being surrounded by adults and fashion attendees began circulating across social media.

North West, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, was seen greeting people during her latest Paris Fashion Week appearance. However, Skepta believed some of the interactions crossed her personal boundaries.

One viral clip showed North West extending her hand toward an adult man for what appeared to be a handshake. Instead, the man reportedly pulled her into a hug.

Another video appeared to show a different man placing his arm around North’s shoulder as she visibly pulled away from the interaction.

Skepta addressed the Paris Fashion Week footage on X and criticized what he described as complete strangers trying to use North West for attention.

“My fans know I try to stay out of people’s business but damn the way grown men, complete strangers, try to use North makes me sick,” Skepta wrote.

His comments quickly sparked a wider social media discussion about children’s boundaries and how adults should interact with young celebrities in public spaces.

One X user questioned whether hugging someone had become a “social offense.”

Skepta fired back, arguing that North West had clearly offered a handshake and that the gesture should have been respected.

“What are you talking about?! She is 13 years old and she put her hand out for a handshake, you don’t ignore that,” he replied. “I can’t believe some these replies to my tweet.”

The grime star also responded after another person suggested North had “basically skipped being a teenager.”

“WOW!! Protect your kids people. Protect your kids!” Skepta wrote.

He later stressed the importance of recognising body language, saying people should pay closer attention to non-verbal signs that someone may feel uncomfortable.

“Sickening,” he added. “Schools teaching French, German & English when really the language most people need to f**king learn is ‘Body Language.’”

North West has remained one of the most discussed young stars at Paris Fashion Week.

She recently attended the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 show, where her outfit and several new facial piercings generated reactions online.

While North’s fashion choices have continued to attract attention, Skepta’s comments shifted the conversation toward respecting her age and personal space.
