Latto may have just entered her real-life Big Mama era.

The rapper appeared to confirm the birth of her first child after sharing an intimate video across her social media, giving fans a rare look at her pregnancy journey. The clip included emotional reactions from her friends and family, ultrasound appointments, studio sessions and moments from her baby shower.

Latto has not confirmed the gender of her child, but the video quickly sparked conversation because of one brief appearance in particular. 21 Savage is seen at the baby shower, and at another point, a tattooed hand appears to guide the ultrasound instrument over her stomach. The moment has added more fuel to long-running rumors that he is the father of her first child.

Toward the end of the video, Latto is seen visibly emotional during what appears to be a late pregnancy check-in.

“Imma need a million dollars a show,” she says in the clip.

The screen then fades to black with the date “5/29” displayed, while nurses can be heard in the background encouraging her to “go, go, go” as medical machines beep.

The personal reveal comes as Latto is preparing to release her forthcoming album Big Mama at the end of May. The 27-year-old rapper has also claimed that the project will allegedly be her last, making this rollout feel even more charged for fans who have followed both her music and her private life closely.

Most recently, Latto supported the album with “GOMF,” featuring GloRilla. The music video leaned into the same chaotic pregnancy-era energy, showing an overwhelmed and visibly pregnant Latto dealing with nonstop attention before hiring GloRilla as her bodyguard.
