Keke Palmer is finally speaking out about the dating rumors surrounding her and “Hot Ones” host Sean Evans.
During a conversation with podcast host Jay Shetty at Spotify Beach 2026 on Tuesday, June 23, Palmer confirmed that she and Evans have been spending time together while allowing their relationship to develop naturally.
“First of all, I love Sean Evans. I love Sean. Hey Sean! That’s my guy,” Palmer said.
The actress explained that she and Evans initially connected as colleagues before their relationship began evolving into something more personal.
“We started off as colleagues; you never know what can arise from there. So we’re just taking it day by day,” she added.

Palmer’s comments arrive after months of speculation about her relationship with Evans.
The two were recently spotted enjoying a late-night meal at Lucali in Brooklyn before Palmer traveled to Cannes. According to reports, they remained at the restaurant for approximately 90 minutes, with witnesses describing Evans as appearing “smitten” during the outing.
Fans have been noticing chemistry between Palmer and Evans since she returned to “Hot Ones” for a record-breaking third appearance in September 2025.
During the episode, Palmer playfully proposed to Evans, further fueling speculation that their connection extended beyond their on-camera interview.

Evans has also praised the natural chemistry they share professionally, reportedly describing their collaborations as a “one plus one equals three situation.”
