Kanye West is taking his latest music video into some seriously bizarre territory.

The rapper dropped the visual for “OK,” his collaboration with Don Toliver, and the video features Ye portraying a headless corpse while lying on a morgue table.

Bianca Censori directed the project, putting her husband at the center of a surreal medical scene that sees a team of doctors operating on his body.

Throughout the video, strange objects are removed from Kanye’s torso before the medical team eventually attempts to reattach his head.

The result is a dark, twisted resurrection scene that fits comfortably within Ye’s increasingly unconventional visual style.

Bianca Censori Directs Kanye West’s “OK” Music Video

The “OK” visual marks another directing credit for Censori, who has become more involved in Kanye’s creative work.

She previously directed music videos for Ye’s songs “Father” and “King,” continuing to build a behind-the-camera role within his recent releases.

For “OK,” Censori leans heavily into horror-inspired imagery.

Kanye spends much of the video motionless on an operating table while doctors examine and dismantle his body, eventually working to put him back together.

The visual quickly drew attention online because of its graphic concept and the unusual sight of Ye appearing completely decapitated.

Kanye West Adds “OK” to Deluxe Version of “Bully”

“OK” is one of two new tracks included on the deluxe edition of Kanye West’s album “Bully.”

The original project arrived in June, with the expanded version adding more material to Ye’s latest era.

Don Toliver joins Kanye on “OK,” while the accompanying music video pushes the song further into the strange visual world surrounding the project.

Ye has frequently used provocative imagery throughout his career, and the latest video continues that tradition with a concept built around death, surgery and resurrection.

Kanye West and Bianca Censori Continue Creative Partnership

Kanye and Bianca’s relationship has increasingly extended beyond their personal life.

Censori has become involved in multiple creative projects connected to Ye, particularly his recent music videos.

Her direction of “OK” makes that collaboration even more visible, with Kanye literally placing himself on the operating table for her latest concept.

Whether fans see the video as disturbing, artistic or simply strange, it is unlikely to be ignored.
