IShowSpeed gave fans a serious scare after appearing to collapse during a livestream in St. Maarten while on his Caribbean tour.
The 21-year-old streamer had reportedly been live for nearly 12 hours, traveling through multiple Caribbean stops as part of his ongoing tour. In a clip that quickly spread across social media, Speed can be seen looking visibly exhausted, holding his face and struggling to stay steady before bending down and falling.

People nearby immediately rushed in to help him as the stream briefly paused, leaving viewers worried about his condition.
The moment sparked a wave of concern online, with fans urging the streamer to rest, hydrate, and slow down. Others pointed out the demanding nature of his travel schedule, especially with warm weather in St. Maarten and back-to-back stops including Dominica, Guadeloupe, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Maarten.

Speed later returned to the livestream and reassured fans that he was okay. He explained that he had suddenly felt weak, apologized for worrying everyone, and thanked viewers for checking in on him.
In typical Speed fashion, he even did more than 50 push-ups on stream afterward to show fans he had recovered.
The streamer is currently traveling through the Caribbean as part of a campaign with Expedia, highlighting different destinations while streaming along the way. Despite the health scare, Speed appears to be continuing the tour and has even teased bigger streaming ambitions in the future, including one day broadcasting from space.
