Drake may have finally found the “goth baddie” he once described as his ideal woman.
The Toronto rapper hosted a “20 v 1” speed-dating show during his Stake-sponsored Kick livestream Saturday night, bringing together a lineup of internet personalities before ultimately choosing cosplay influencer Pinkchyu as his “wife.”
Pinkchyu, whose real name is Lin Lamar, quickly became one of the standout participants as clips from her interactions with Drake began circulating across social media.
At one point, she presented Drake with Magic: The Gathering cards tucked into her outfit and asked him to open them. In another viral moment, she told the rapper to bark like a dog, and Drake played along.
By the end of the dating show, Pinkchyu had apparently made the strongest impression.
“You’re just intriguing and from Texas. And you have fangs. I feel like I could learn new things,” Drake told her while explaining his decision.
“I could teach you a lot of things,” Lamar responded.
“We’re opposites, but I feel like opposites attract,” Drake added.

The matchup caught extra attention because Drake had previously described a woman with a very similar aesthetic while discussing his ideal partner.

Pinkchyu, a Texas-based cosplay influencer known for her alternative style, fangs and online character work, quickly had viewers connecting Drake’s previous comments to his choice on the livestream.
Her goth credentials have also been debated online in the past, with some social media users questioning whether the influencer genuinely identifies with the subculture or simply incorporates the look into her content.
Drake, however, appeared more interested in their chemistry than the internet debate.
Pinkchyu Asks Drake to Buy Her Mother a House
After choosing Pinkchyu as his “wife,” Drake gave her the opportunity to request one thing from him, telling her she could pick “anything in the world.”
Rather than asking for something for herself, Lamar asked whether Drake would purchase a home for her mother.
“Will you buy my mom a house?” she asked.
“Oh, yeah, I’d love to,” Drake replied.
Pinkchyu appeared stunned by the response before explaining that her mother had been hoping to retire and that she had been trying to help her financially.
“She’s been wanting to retire and I’ve been trying to help,” Lamar said.
“Okay, we’ll figure it out,” Drake responded.
It remains unclear whether the promise will turn into an actual home purchase, but the exchange quickly became another widely shared moment from the stream.
Between the barking, Magic cards and Drake’s unusually expensive potential gift, Pinkchyu clearly managed to leave an impression.
