Big Tigger’s estranged wife, Alicia Brown, is facing a serious new legal situation after reportedly being arrested in Georgia on kidnapping-related warrants.
According to TMZ, authorities in Hart County tracked down Brown’s SUV on Monday night after receiving a BOLO connected to outstanding warrants out of Maryland. Deputies reportedly located the vehicle on Interstate 85 and arrested Brown during a felony traffic stop without incident.
Officials said two young children were inside the SUV and were safely recovered. TMZ reports that one of the children was the child Brown shares with Big Tigger, whose real name is Darian Morgan.
Investigators told the outlet that the Maryland warrants are tied to the 2019 disappearance of a 10-year-old child. Brown is now reportedly facing a felony interference with child custody charge in Georgia and is expected to be extradited to Maryland.
The arrest adds another major twist to what has already been a highly public legal situation involving Brown and Big Tigger.
Last month, Big Tigger was arrested on aggravated battery and cruelty-to-children charges after a domestic dispute involving Brown. Ring camera footage later surfaced appearing to show a physical confrontation between the longtime radio personality and his estranged wife.
Brown was later granted a temporary protective order after claiming she suffered an eye injury during the incident that required stitches. She was also granted temporary custody of the minor children and exclusive use of the family home.
TMZ also released additional footage this week that appeared to show Brown and Big Tigger struggling over a cell phone during another tense encounter.
Now, Brown’s own legal issues have escalated significantly as officials move forward with the Maryland-linked case. Neither Brown nor Big Tigger has publicly issued a detailed statement on the latest arrest at this time.
