Tory Lanez is asking a federal judge for protection after claiming a prison guard could place him in harm’s way.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper, who is currently housed at California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo, says he has been dealing with ongoing threats, intimidation and harassment behind bars.

Tory’s legal team claims a prison guard plans to move him to a more “dangerous housing unit.” The filing also alleges that a correctional officer referenced Tory’s near-fatal prison attack from last year in a threatening way.

The request comes after Tory was stabbed 14 times during a violent attack behind bars. He reportedly suffered two collapsed lungs and was left with serious physical injuries.

After the stabbing, Tory filed a $100 million lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the prison warden and multiple corrections officers. In the lawsuit, Tory claimed the inmate who attacked him had a “violent history” and should not have been housed near him.

Now, Tory says he fears that lawsuit may lead to further retaliation.

In the new filing, the rapper is asking the court to approve a restraining order to stop prison staff from putting him in a dangerous position again. Tory says the stabbing nearly cost him his life and left him dealing with both physical and emotional trauma.

Tory Lanez is currently serving prison time for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. His latest legal move now adds another layer to his ongoing fight over prison safety, retaliation claims and the aftermath of his stabbing attack.

A judge has not yet ruled on Tory’s restraining order request.
