Tekashi 6ix9ine is once again inserting himself into one of hip-hop’s biggest legal stories — and this time, he is already making plans for what could happen if Lil Durk is found guilty.

During a recent livestream with DJ Akademiks, 6ix9ine said he intends to throw what he called a “Lil Durk Going Away Party” if Durk is convicted in his ongoing federal murder-for-hire case.

“When this n**** get found guilty, you coming to my party?” 6ix9ine asked Akademiks during the stream.

The comment quickly began circulating online as Durk’s closely watched federal trial continues in Los Angeles.

Lil Durk, whose legal name is Durk Banks, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

Federal prosecutors allege Banks helped orchestrate a plot targeting rapper Quando Rondo in retaliation for the 2020 killing of King Von.

The government claims members of Durk’s Only The Family collective were involved in carrying out the alleged plan.

6ix9ine’s latest trolling came as jurors heard testimony from cooperating witness Kacey “OTF Jam” Hester, who has testified about the alleged plot.

Hester reportedly mentioned 6ix9ine during his testimony while discussing circumstances surrounding the case.

Hester has been identified by prosecutors as one of three masked gunmen allegedly involved in a 2022 shooting at a West Hollywood gas station.

According to his testimony, Banks allegedly offered between $500,000 and $1 million for Quando Rondo to be killed.

Hester claimed the offer was discussed during a meeting inside an Atlanta recording studio.

The subsequent attack, however, did not kill Rondo.

Instead, Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson, was fatally shot during the 2022 incident.

While describing the attack from the witness stand, Hester reportedly characterized it as “sloppy.”

“I wasn’t feeling good about it at all,” Hester testified.

Hester also spoke openly about his decision to cooperate with federal prosecutors against Banks.

“I had to get it off my chest. It was weighing on me,” he told jurors.

Despite testifying against Durk, Hester said he still had affection for the rapper because of their history together.

“I still do have a lot of love for him,” Hester said. “What he did for me, you can’t forget that.”

However, he made a distinction between having love for Banks and still respecting him.

“I still got love for him, I just got no respect for him. He probably hate me now,” Hester testified.

Federal prosecutors have argued that Banks allegedly used his influence, money and position within OTF to encourage members of the collective to seek retaliation following King Von’s death.

During the trial, prosecutor Daniel Weiner pushed back against any suggestion that Durk was being targeted simply because of his music or rap lyrics.

“This case is not about music — it’s about murder,” Weiner told jurors.

Weiner further alleged that Banks used his financial resources to pressure people around him into participating in the alleged retaliation.

“Banks used his wealth and used his purse strings to put pressure on his OTF members to get that revenge,” the prosecutor said.

Those claims remain allegations, and Banks has denied wrongdoing.

While prosecutors continue presenting their case, 6ix9ine appears more than willing to publicly troll Durk from the sidelines.

His proposed “going away party” comes amid years of tension surrounding 6ix9ine’s reputation in hip-hop after he cooperated with federal authorities in his own criminal case.

Now, with another major rapper facing the possibility of spending decades behind bars, 6ix9ine is openly joking about what he plans to do if the jury returns a guilty verdict.

Durk’s case remains ongoing, and no verdict has been reached.
