Soulja Boy’s legal dispute with the mother of his son has taken an explosive turn after a profanity-laced email allegedly sent by the rapper surfaced in court documents.

Jackilyn Martinez’s attorneys reportedly contacted Soulja after he spoke directly with her about the pending paternity and custody case involving their three-year-old son, KeAndre Way. The legal team suggested that both parents appeared interested in resolving the matter quickly, privately and without a prolonged courtroom fight.

The rapper’s alleged response, however, was anything but friendly.

According to the documents, Soulja replied, “F*** you,” before allegedly telling the attorney to stop contacting him.

“Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch,” the message reportedly continued. “There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.”

Jackilyn Martinez’s Lawyer Attempted to Discuss Private Settlement

The alleged exchange began after Jackilyn’s legal team followed up on a conversation between her and Soulja.

Her attorney reportedly wrote that the former couple appeared to share an interest in settling the lawsuit “amicably, expeditiously, and privately.” Soulja was also asked to have his own lawyer contact Jackilyn’s counsel so the two sides could begin discussing a potential resolution.

Instead, the documents portray Soulja as rejecting both settlement talks and further communication from the attorney.

The email has now become part of a case in which Jackilyn claims the rapper’s conduct has made it increasingly difficult to establish formal parenting and financial arrangements.

Soulja has not publicly confirmed that he wrote the message.

Jackilyn Seeks Custody and Formal Child Support Order

Jackilyn filed the case in October 2025, requesting legal and physical custody of KeAndre while remaining open to Soulja receiving visitation.

She also asked the court to establish a formal child support order, claiming she has carried most of the financial responsibility for their son.

In her filing, Jackilyn alleged that Soulja only sends money occasionally and sometimes does so after she repeatedly asks him for help. She argued that a court-approved arrangement is necessary to create consistency and prevent future disputes over their child’s expenses.

The case is also intended to legally establish each parent’s rights and responsibilities concerning KeAndre.

Soulja Boy Accused of Delaying Legal Proceedings

Jackilyn claims she has struggled to move the case forward because Soulja has not formally responded.

Her court documents state that attempts were made to serve the rapper with legal paperwork, including an unsuccessful effort at one of his concerts.

She described Soulja as “extremely volatile” and accused him of intentionally interfering with the legal process. The alleged email is now being presented as further evidence of his resistance to communicating through the attorneys handling the matter.

Despite allegedly declaring that there would be “no litigation,” the case remains active unless it is resolved privately, dismissed or decided by the court.

Soulja Boy Has Yet to File a Response

Soulja has not filed a formal response to Jackilyn’s custody and support requests, according to the latest report.

The rapper has previously shared moments with KeAndre publicly, including footage from the child’s birthday celebrations. Those appearances, however, do not replace a legal agreement governing custody, visitation or financial support.

Jackilyn is asking the court to create that structure as communication between the parents appears to deteriorate.
