Solange Knowles is remembering her late “Bring It On: All or Nothing” co-star Hayden Panettiere following the actress’ death at 36.

Knowles shared an emotional tribute to Panettiere on Instagram Stories Tuesday, August 18, posting memories from the 2006 film while reflecting on the parallels she saw between their lives.

“Rest in peace Hayden. In peace, because you are so deserving of it,” Solange wrote.

The singer went on to praise Panettiere for openly navigating difficult chapters of her life while growing up in the public eye.

“We had so many parallels in our lives,” she wrote, adding that audiences watched Panettiere courageously pursue “vulnerability, and healing.”

Panettiere died Sunday, August 16, in Greenville, South Carolina. Her cause of death remains under investigation.

Solange and Panettiere starred together in “Bring It On: All or Nothing,” the third installment in the popular cheerleading film franchise.

Released in 2006, the movie starred Panettiere as Britney Allen, a cheerleader forced to adjust after transferring schools, while Solange played Camille.

Twenty years later, Solange reflected on how much the project ultimately came to mean to fans.

“I salute your journey and I honor the work we created together that became something that really means something to people,” she wrote.

Solange said the film reached audiences neither of them could have imagined while they were simply “two young girls” trying to navigate their careers.

She closed her message with another emotional farewell: “The light surrounds you now. Rest easy Hayden.”

Hayden Panettiere Died at 36 in South Carolina

Panettiere was found unresponsive in Greenville on August 16 after emergency personnel responded to a report of a woman in cardiac arrest.

First responders attempted CPR and advanced life-saving measures, but Panettiere was pronounced dead at the scene. Her father later confirmed her passing through a family representative.

Authorities have continued investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.

An autopsy reportedly found no signs of trauma that contributed to her death, while toxicology testing and other investigative work remain pending. Her official cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.

Solange is among several of Panettiere’s former colleagues and friends who have publicly remembered the actress since news of her death broke.

Panettiere became a household name through roles including Claire Bennet on “Heroes,” Juliette Barnes on “Nashville” and fan-favorite Kirby Reed in the “Scream” franchise.
