RAYE is clearing up speculation surrounding her relationship with Michael B. Jordan after the two were recently spotted spending time together.

, insisting that there is no romance between her and the Sinners star.

“No, we’re just friends who like roller coasters,” RAYE said.

Speculation began after RAYE and Jordan were seen together at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California, on Aug. 7. Their amusement park outing quickly caught fans’ attention, with some wondering whether the pair had quietly started dating.

According to RAYE, however, there is another explanation for why they have been spending time together.

The singer revealed that she and Jordan are collaborating on a project, although she stopped short of sharing any details.

“I’m technically not allowed to talk about it because I might get in trouble,” she said.

RAYE offered another hint during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, confirming that the two have been working together behind the scenes.

“We’ve been working on some things, which is really nice,” she said. “I love it.”

She also described Jordan as a “lovely friend,” further shutting down speculation that their relationship had turned romantic.

While RAYE may not be dating Jordan, the “Where Is My Husband!” singer said she remains open to finding love — just not by forcing it.

“I’m really excited, but also not forcing that chapter,” she explained.

“It just needs to find you naturally, you know. They do say love finds you when you stop looking.”

For now, RAYE said her focus remains on her career and keeping up with her busy schedule.

“So, I’m just out here doing my work, getting it done, getting sleep when I can,” she said.

Jordan has largely kept his dating life private since his highly publicized relationship with Lori Harvey ended in 2022. The pair began dating in 2020 before splitting roughly two years later.

Although RAYE has now put the dating rumors to rest, the mystery surrounding her upcoming collaboration with Jordan remains.
