Quavo is facing a new legal push from the Las Vegas valet who previously accused him of assault.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Antonio Henry, the valet who sued Quavo for assault and battery, has filed paperwork in Georgia as he attempts to collect on a judgment he won in Nevada. The total amount reportedly exceeds $1.1 million, including damages, interest and attorney fees.

The case dates back to a 2018 incident at the Encore Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, where Henry was working as a valet. In his lawsuit, Henry claimed he was trying to break up a fight when Quavo allegedly slapped him. Henry later sued the Migos member in 2020, alleging he suffered emotional and physical injuries from the encounter.

Quavo denied all allegations of wrongdoing throughout the case.

The matter eventually went to trial, where the court ordered Quavo to pay Henry more than $650,000 in compensatory and punitive damages. With additional interest and attorney fees, the total judgment has reportedly climbed to more than $1.1 million.

Now, Henry is looking to enforce that Nevada judgment in Georgia, where Quavo has strong personal and professional ties. The move could mark the next stage in the long-running legal battle as Henry seeks to collect the money awarded by the court.
