Nipsey Hussle’s children have reportedly received their share of the late rapper’s estate, years after his tragic death.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Nipsey’s daughter Emani, 17, and son Kross, 9, were paid out through cash and other assets connected to the estate. The exact amount paid to each child was sealed, but both reportedly received 50% shares.
The estate, which was previously estimated to be worth around $11 million, has been handled by Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam. The process came after years of legal back-and-forth involving Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster, before the parties resolved their differences last year.
Lauren London, who shared son Kross with Nipsey, also reportedly signed documents acknowledging receipt of money paid out for Kross’ portion of the estate.
Court filings also listed several non-cash assets tied to the estate. Those reportedly included a 2012 Chevy Suburban, interests in multiple businesses, The Marathon Clothing company and various trademarks connected to Nipsey’s legacy.
Nipsey, born Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was fatally shot in March 2019 at age 33. His death sent shockwaves through hip-hop and Los Angeles, where he was respected not only as a rapper but also as a community builder, entrepreneur and advocate for ownership.
Emani and Kross were previously named the sole beneficiaries of Nipsey’s estate, with each child set to receive half of his assets. The latest payout marks another step in finalizing the financial side of the legacy he left behind.
