Michael Rubin’s annual White Party returned to the Hamptons with another star-studded celebration featuring major names from music, sports and entertainment.

The Fanatics CEO hosted the exclusive event Wednesday night at his reported $50 million oceanfront estate in New York, where guests arrived dressed in the party’s signature all-white attire.

DJ Khaled, Alicia Keys, Cardi B, Snoop Dogg, Teyana Taylor, Jake Paul and Mike Tyson were among the celebrities spotted at Michael Rubin’s 2026 Hamptons White Party.

Snoop Dogg reportedly performed from the roof of Rubin’s estate as guests gathered for the annual Fourth of July celebration.

Alicia Keys also delivered a 20-minute set during the night.

Jay-Z was reportedly seen dancing during Keys’ performance, but he did not join her onstage for their hit collaboration “Empire State of Mind.”

The rapper is expected to return to the stage for his upcoming Yankee Stadium shows.

The live performances helped turn Michael Rubin’s White Party into one of the biggest celebrity events of the holiday weekend.

The 2026 White Party brought together several of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B.

Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Nelly, Shaboozey and Teyana Taylor were among the music stars seen enjoying the event.

Jake Paul and boxing legend Mike Tyson also attended, adding more star power to the packed Hamptons gathering.

Former MLB star Alex Rodriguez was photographed kissing an unidentified woman during the party, creating another widely discussed moment from the evening.

Rubin’s close ties to professional sports were reflected throughout the White Party guest list.

Kevin Durant, Tyrese Haliburton, Trae Young, Kyle Kuzma and Michael Porter Jr. were among the NBA players reportedly in attendance.

TKO President Mark Shapiro and WWE President Nick Khan also appeared at the event, bringing additional sports and entertainment executives to the celebration.

Michael Rubin has built the White Party into an annual meeting place for celebrities, athletes and entertainment industry leaders.

Rubin held this year’s White Party on July 1 rather than Independence Day.

The date change sparked speculation that the event had been moved to avoid conflicting with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported wedding plans.

Rubin told People that he knew about their scheduled celebration but denied that it was the sole reason for the White Party’s earlier date.

“People come to the White Party no matter when we do it,” Rubin said. “The White Party is going to be spectacular.”

However, he acknowledged that organizers did not want invited guests to feel forced to choose between the two events.

Despite the adjusted schedule, the 2026 Michael Rubin White Party still attracted a massive celebrity turnout.
