Reality television personality Sidney Starr, legally identified as Sidney Favors, has been arrested in Georgia after authorities accused the entertainer of sexually assaulting a minor at a metro Atlanta hotel.

According to arrest warrants obtained by multiple media outlets, Favors was taken into custody on Sunday at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Hapeville following allegations involving a juvenile male.

According to the arrest warrants, investigators allege that Favors admitted to performing oral sex on a juvenile male during questioning, while claiming the encounter was consensual.

Under Georgia law, however, a minor below the legal age of consent cannot legally provide consent to sexual activity. The allegations remain part of an active criminal investigation, and the charges have not yet been tested in court.
