Why Are Breasts So Controversial? Experts Weigh In

Everyone has opinions about breasts. Allure Perspectives has the experts.

Hosted by Allure editor-in-chief Jessica Cruel, this podcast pairs expert interviews with intimate personal stories and cultural history. Topics range from whether belly bands are modern-day corsets to how AI-generated images are skewing expectations of surgery.

It’s smart, candid, and refreshingly shameless. The whole season is out now, so there’s nothing to wait for.

Lil Baby has finally addressed his strained relationship with Gunna, making it clear that the former collaborators are still not on good terms despite their shared history.

During a recent appearance on The New York Times Popcast, the Atlanta rapper opened up about their ongoing fallout, explaining why he has no interest in turning their personal issues into a public feud.

“Whether I like them or they like me, it’s like we all gonna be on that personal vibe,” Lil Baby said. “We can not like each other but we gonna play it cool for y’all, you know what I’m saying? It’s like an unspoken thing.”

The tension between the two artists dates back to Gunna’s release from jail in December 2022, when he entered an Alford plea in the YSL RICO case involving Young Thug. The legal development sparked controversy within hip-hop, with several artists publicly distancing themselves from Gunna.

Lil Baby, who previously collaborated with Gunna on their successful 2018 joint project Drip Harder, has remained largely silent about the situation until now.

Rather than exchanging diss tracks or fueling speculation online, Baby explained that he would prefer to address any disagreements privately.

“I’d rather have that beef or problem personally because we’re… really like the ones who hold it down for the town,” he said.

The rapper suggested that publicly attacking each other would only damage their reputations and the Atlanta music scene they helped elevate.

While his comments indicate that reconciliation is not currently on the table, Lil Baby has made it clear that he would rather maintain a level of mutual respect in public than entertain an ongoing internet feud.

His remarks arrive ahead of his upcoming studio album, Fresh, scheduled for release on November 6
