Another week, another lawsuit for Kylie Jenner — and this one is coming from inside her own home.
A housekeeper named Juana Delgado Soto has filed a new complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing the reality star of failing to step in as alleged harassment unfolded between staff members. The lawsuit stacks up 20 causes of action, including harassment, race discrimination, unpaid wages, and failure to prevent workplace abuse — marking the second lawsuit in just days from someone on Jenner’s household payroll.
According to the filing, Soto says she began working for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star back in 2019, but claims the job came with issues from the start — including missed meal and rest breaks.
Things allegedly escalated in 2023.
Soto accuses her supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, of mocking her accent and immigration status, turning the workplace hostile. She says she reported the behavior, and while Sibrian was briefly reassigned, she was eventually reinstated — and that’s when things got worse.
The complaint claims Soto’s hours were cut, her workload became unreasonable, and her schedule was constantly shifted. At one point, she says Sibrian threatened her job over refusing to stay late on her birthday, allegedly telling her:
“No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.”
Soto says she tried to go straight to the top — writing a detailed letter to Jenner and leaving it on her massage bed, outlining everything she had experienced.

But instead of help, she claims the move backfired.
According to the lawsuit, Soto was warned not to contact Jenner again and faced further intimidation. She alleges she was told she could no longer “look at Kylie,” “smile at Kylie,” and that if she encountered her, she would have to “disappear.”
Importantly, Jenner herself is not directly accused of making those statements — but the lawsuit centers on whether she failed to intervene or properly address what was happening under her employment.
The case adds to a growing list of legal headaches for Jenner, who’s now facing multiple claims from within her own staff in the same week, raising bigger questions about how celebrity-run households are managed behind closed doors.
