Kim Kardashian may have just found her most unexpected Halloween inspiration yet, and she didn’t have to look beyond her own family.
The 45-year-old reality star stunned fans on Tuesday, October 20, after unveiling a Halloween costume inspired by her eldest daughter, North West, transforming herself into an almost identical version of the 13-year-old.
Kardashian shared photos of the makeover on Instagram with the simple caption, “Halloween 2026!”
The SKIMS founder went all out to recreate North’s increasingly recognizable alternative style, sporting a waist-length turquoise wig, dramatic spiked eyelashes, fake facial piercings and black grills.
She completed the transformation with oversized black clothing, striped sleeves, chunky silver jewelry and long, pointed nails decorated with intricate gothic designs.
Kardashian even copied her daughter’s signature social media poses, holding her hands near her face to show off the elaborate accessories.
The resemblance quickly caught the attention of her famous family. Kourtney Kardashian Barker commented, “Twins!!!!!!” while Kris Jenner called the costume “so fun.”
But the timing of Kardashian’s costume carries another layer of significance.
North, whom Kardashian shares with ex-husband Kanye West, has faced considerable online criticism in recent months over her increasingly bold fashion choices, particularly her blue hair, black grills and facial accessories.
During a recent TikTok livestream with her mother, North pushed back against people describing her appearance as demonic.
“I’m not demonic guys, stop saying I’m demonic,” she said, urging viewers not to judge her based on how she dresses.
Kardashian has also publicly defended her daughter’s creative freedom, emphasizing that North’s personal style is a form of self-expression.
Now, by adopting that very same look for Halloween, Kardashian appears to be sending a message of support without needing to say much at all.
