Kanye West, now known as Ye, is reportedly gearing up for a major return to the fashion world, with plans to stage a new Yeezy runway show at the brand’s flagship store in Los Angeles.

According to reports, the anticipated event will take place at Yeezy’s recently opened location near Beverly Boulevard and Kingsley Drive. Although an official date has yet to be announced, the presentation could mark the label’s first major runway showcase since 2022.

The rumored show comes as Ye continues rebuilding Yeezy as an independent fashion brand following the end of his lucrative partnership with Adidas.

Throughout 2026, the rapper and designer has focused on expanding Yeezy’s direct-to-consumer business while exploring new retail opportunities. The brand has continued selling affordable apparel online, while footwear products such as Yeezy Slides have remained available through retailers including JD Sports.

Ye last staged a major runway presentation during Yeezy Season 9 in Paris in October 2022. The controversial event attracted widespread attention and preceded a more experimental Season 10 presentation in Los Angeles.

Hosting the upcoming show inside Yeezy’s own flagship store would give Ye greater creative control over the presentation while highlighting the brand’s renewed emphasis on physical retail.

Meanwhile, speculation surrounding new Yeezy footwear has continued to build. Earlier this month, Ye was spotted wearing the unreleased YZY AB-01, while additional designs, including the Yeezy 800 High Tactical Boot, are reportedly being developed.

The potential runway comeback also arrives as Ye’s influence on fashion remains a topic of conversation. His former wife, Kim Kardashian, recently acknowledged his impact on her personal style in the book Citizen Kim, crediting him with transforming her approach to fashion.

Despite the growing speculation, neither Ye nor Yeezy representatives have publicly confirmed the runway show or announced an official date.
