The Kandi and Todd chapter is officially closed. After months of back-and-forth in court, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss and her ex-husband Todd Tucker have finalized their divorce settlement — and the details are out.
Per court documents, neither party will pay child or spousal support. The two will share joint legal and physical custody of their kids, son Ace (9) and daughter Blaze (6). Kandi will hold onto the children's passports but has agreed to hand them over to Todd ahead of any international travel.
When it comes to the assets, they weren't exactly splitting a studio apartment. Kandi walks away with a 2022 Bentley SUV, a Porsche Cayenne, a Cadillac Escalade, a Ford F-250, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro. Todd leaves with a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, a 2020 Porsche 911, a 2023 Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van. The food truck they ran together is being sold.
Real estate details were redacted in the paperwork, but Todd agreed to vacate Kandi's guest house within 15 days of the parenting agreement being signed. That guest house had been a whole situation — Kandi publicly called him out for living there rent-free, while Todd claimed she kicked him out of the main home first.
To balance everything out financially, Kandi will cut Todd a lump sum check of $426,000. Todd, meanwhile, paid Kandi $38K to cover his share of their 2025–2026 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which she'll be keeping. They also agreed to split their credit card reward points.
Kandi and Todd married in April 2014 and announced their separation in November 2025 after over a decade together.
