Jaguar Wright is asking the public to step in.

In a recent Instagram post, Wright said she has launched a GoFundMe to cover legal representation, a private investigator, and added security after what she described as a coordinated harassment campaign. “After speaking out against wrongdoing in the entertainment industry, I became the target of intense online harassment,” she wrote, adding that YouTube creators inserted themselves into her personal life and carried out acts including swatting and doxxing, which she says led to her arrest. Wright said the money would help her “fight back and reclaim” her life.

The plea lands after years of Wright recasting herself from cult-favorite neo-soul singer into one of the industry’s loudest and most controversial outside voices. Long before the livestream era swallowed her whole, Wright was known for work with The Roots and for appearing as a backing vocalist on Jay-Z’s MTV Unplugged performance.

Most famously in her 2024 appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, she said, “For four years, I’ve been screaming not just Diddy, but Diddy and JAY-Z are monsters,” and also accused Beyoncé and Jay-Z of being a “nasty little couple” who do “nasty things,” including claiming they had “hundreds of victims.” She described Combs as a 'victim making machine'. 'I would never take a picture with the devil. Everyone knew he was the devil. He's been the devil for 30 years.'

She then claimed Combs has evidence of all his alleged 'accomplices' and says 'anybody who thinks he's not going to talk is crazy'. Jaguar also suggested that the allegations of the way women were drugged and abused at Combs' 'freak off' parties are true.

Piers Morgan later apologized on-air after receiving a legal complaint from the couple’s lawyers, said the allegations were “totally false,” and removed the disputed portions of the interview.

Now, Wright claims the support would help her identify who she believes targeted her, build her legal case, and protect herself while she does it.
