Blueface got back in the ring, but the comeback did not go his way.

On Saturday, March 14, Blueface fought Chibu at Adin Ross’ Brand Risk 13 event in Miami, marking his first boxing appearance since his 2023 win over Ed Matthews. This time, though, he lost by unanimous decision after six rounds, with judges scoring it 58-56 across the board for Chibu.

The result stood out because Blueface had already built some crossover boxing buzz before stepping away. He beat Kane Trujillo in 2021, then stopped Ed Matthews in 2023, which helped turn his boxing run into more than just a one-off rapper stunt. Brand Risk was supposed to be his first trip back after that gap, but Chibu ended up flipping the script.

Reports and clips from the fight showed Blueface starting out with some control before things shifted. By the middle of the bout, Chibu was pressing forward more effectively, and one of the biggest moments came when Blueface went through the ropes during an exchange. From there, Chibu kept the momentum and closed out the win on the cards.

The loss also sparked more noise after the bell. HotNewHipHop reported that Blueface complained about the result afterward and accused Adin Ross of “tampering with the betting around the event”, saying, “I definitely wasn’t unanimous decision. I give it four to two.” He also said he would not fight on Brand Risk again.

Heavyweight boxing champion Claressa Sheilds agreed with Blueface’s sentiments, tweeting that while she thinks “these public figures need at least 6 months in the gym,” the fight was “crazy [in her opinion] and big boy won too.”
