FBG Casino had requested to remain under his pretrial release conditions until sentencing, but the request was denied.

According to the criminal complaint, FBI and DEA agents executed a search warrant at an Airbnb property in November 2025.
Federal authorities alleged that FBG Casino had been using the property as a stash house.
During the search, investigators said they recovered approximately 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl bricks.
Authorities also reported finding roughly $300,000 to $388,000 in cash, a Glock handgun, ammunition, an extended magazine, a money-counting machine and destroyed cell phones.
