Federal prosecutors have accused Pooh Shiesty of maintaining an inappropriate relationship with a home confinement supervisor who allegedly helped him violate the conditions of his court-ordered release.

The allegations were detailed in a recent filing in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prosecutors raised the claims while opposing the Memphis rapper’s request for pretrial release in his pending robbery and kidnapping case.

Pooh Shiesty, whose real name is Lontrell Williams Jr., has pleaded not guilty to charges connected to the alleged robbery and kidnapping of Gucci Mane and several other people at a Dallas recording studio.

Prosecutors Detail Alleged Home Confinement Violations

According to the filing, the alleged relationship involved a case supervisor employed by Volunteers of America, the nonprofit organization responsible for monitoring Williams during home confinement.

Williams was placed under supervision following his 2022 federal conviction on conspiracy and drug trafficking charges.

Prosecutors allege that the employee entered unauthorized day passes into the monitoring system, allowing the rapper to travel outside the limits approved by the court.

The government claims three unauthorized passes were issued on the same day as the alleged Dallas offenses. Prosecutors also allege that the supervisor and Williams communicated 19 times that day.

Volunteers of America later terminated the employee over the alleged misconduct, according to the filing.

Pooh Shiesty’s Attorney Denies Inappropriate Relationship

Williams has denied the government’s allegations through his attorney, Kent Schaffer.

“We do not believe that there was anything inappropriate about our client’s relationship with any of the house arrest supervisors,” Schaffer said in a statement. “That is not what he is on trial for and is simply a distraction.”

The filing also accuses Williams of committing several other violations while under home confinement.

Prosecutors claim he submitted a cold urine sample in November 2025, which authorities recorded as a refusal. He allegedly missed a scheduled drug test in January 2026 and failed to attend a required biweekly check-in in March.

Williams later missed another drug screening and reportedly cited transportation issues.

Prosecutors Oppose Pooh Shiesty’s Release

Federal prosecutors are relying on the alleged violations to argue that Pooh Shiesty should remain in custody while awaiting trial.

The rapper continues to seek release on bond and maintains his innocence in the robbery and kidnapping case.

His trial is currently scheduled to begin on February 22, 2027.
