Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly facing new trouble behind bars.

According to TMZ, the music mogul was allegedly involved in a prison fight earlier this week at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Sources told the outlet that the incident reportedly began after another inmate made disrespectful comments toward Combs before things turned physical.

Correctional officers allegedly stepped in and separated the inmates. Combs was then reportedly placed in administrative segregation, often referred to as solitary confinement.

At this time, federal officials have not publicly confirmed that the alleged altercation took place.

A representative for FCI Fort Dix declined to discuss the matter when contacted by TMZ, citing privacy and security rules involving inmates. The Federal Bureau of Prisons also said it does not comment on individual disciplinary issues.

If prison officials determine that Combs violated institutional rules, he could face disciplinary consequences. Those penalties may include restrictions on privileges, additional time in segregation, or potential effects on good-conduct time depending on the outcome of any internal review.

The reported incident comes as Combs continues serving time at FCI Fort Dix following his federal conviction. He was found guilty on two counts related to transportation for prostitution but was acquitted of more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Combs is currently projected to remain in federal custody until 2028 if he continues earning available credits. Any confirmed disciplinary violation could complicate that timeline.
