The Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder recently shared an AI-generated video on Instagram that imagined him joining Jay-Z onstage during one of Hov’s Yankee Stadium performances. The clip showed Jay-Z performing for a packed crowd before bringing Dash out for a fictional surprise reunion.

At first, the fake moment looked like the kind of full-circle hip-hop scene fans have debated for years. In the video, Dash and Jay-Z appeared to embrace onstage as the crowd cheered. However, the clip quickly made it clear that the reunion was not real.

The AI video then took a chaotic turn when a fake SWAT team appeared to rush the stage and “arrest” Dash over child support payments. The scene never happened, but the internet immediately ran with it.

Fans flooded Dash’s Instagram comments with jokes, with many saying the clip briefly had them believing the reunion was real. Others joked that the video proved Dame secretly wanted to be part of Jay-Z’s recent concert run.
