D4vd's former friend Neo is no longer staying quiet. After being arrested last month for failing to appear before a grand jury in the Celeste Rivas murder investigation, the 23-year-old streamer took to his private Instagram close friends story to call out the singer directly, referring to him as a "dickhead" and claiming he has receipts.

Neo made it clear that he is legally protected, saying he was never actually charged from his arrest and that his warrant was retracted. He also pushed back on the narrative being painted around him, stating there is far more to the story than what has been reported in the media. Neo expressed frustration that people he trusted turned their backs on him the moment his name was linked to the case.

As previously reported, D4vd is currently the prime suspect in the murder of Celeste Rivas, whose body was found in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla near his Los Angeles home. Law enforcement sources say D4vd made a mysterious late night drive from LA to a remote area of Santa Barbara in the spring of 2025, months before the body was discovered. Online rumors suggested Neo was with him during that drive, and shortly after Rivas's body was found, Neo scrubbed all traces of D4vd from his Instagram.

Neo's lawyer has since stated that he played no part in the crime and is being wrongfully persecuted in the court of public opinion.
