Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from former NFL player and sports analyst Marcellus Wiley after his recent domestic violence arrest in Florida.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is asking the court for a restraining order against her estranged husband. She reportedly wants Marcellus to stay 100 yards away from her and is also seeking exclusive use of their Los Angeles home.
The filing comes after Marcellus was arrested over the weekend following an alleged incident involving Annemarie at a Florida hotel. Marcellus has denied the domestic violence allegations, while authorities arrested him on a domestic battery charge.
In her declaration, Annemarie accused Marcellus of a “continuing and escalating pattern” of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation. She also claimed that trauma from some alleged incidents has left gaps in her memory.
Annemarie alleged that Marcellus raped her in 2012 while he was intoxicated. She also claimed he punched her in the face in 2014, causing a black eye, and accused him of throwing a Coca-Cola bottle at her head in 2019 while she was nine months pregnant.
The filing includes more recent allegations as well. Annemarie claimed Marcellus hit her in the face with shoes in August 2025. She also alleged that in January 2026, he dragged her out of bed, berated her, struck her on the head and raped her multiple times.
Annemarie further accused Marcellus of financial misconduct, claiming he borrowed $100,000 from her and did not repay it. She also alleged that he ran up her credit card bill to $100,000.
Along with the restraining order request, Annemarie filed for divorce and is seeking custody of their three children. She listed their marriage date as February 7, 2024, while the date of separation was reportedly listed as “TBD.” She is also requesting spousal support.
As of TMZ’s report, the court had not yet ruled on the restraining order request. Marcellus has denied the allegations tied to his recent arrest, and the case remains ongoing.
