50 Cent has secured a major legal victory against Rick Ross’ former partner, Tia Kemp, after a Florida judge granted a temporary injunction protecting the rapper’s 14-year-old son, Sire, from alleged online harassment.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge issued the order on Monday, October 26, requiring Kemp to remain at least 500 feet away from Sire. The injunction also prohibits her from contacting the teenager directly or indirectly, including through social media.
The restrictions extend beyond personal contact. Kemp has also been ordered to surrender any firearms or ammunition in her possession to law enforcement and is temporarily prohibited from possessing weapons.
The ruling follows a legal filing submitted by 50 Cent on his son’s behalf, accusing Kemp of repeatedly targeting the teenager through social media posts.
The rapper alleged that Kemp made offensive remarks about Sire, including calling him “slow” and claiming he was on the autism spectrum.
50 Cent also accused Kemp of sharing a photograph of his son alongside a sexually explicit image allegedly depicting Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy.
According to the filing, the rapper’s legal team previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she stop her behavior. However, she allegedly responded by sharing part of the letter online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”
50 Cent argued that Kemp’s alleged actions caused his son significant emotional distress, humiliation, and embarrassment.
The temporary injunction represents the latest development in the ongoing tensions involving 50 Cent, Rick Ross, and Kemp, who have been involved in public disputes over the years.
However, the legal victory is not yet permanent.
The order is set to expire on November 3, when both parties are scheduled to appear in court. A judge will then determine whether the restrictions against Kemp should be extended.
