50 Cent is expanding his growing business empire once again — and this time, the rapper and entrepreneur is bringing a piece of New York street culture straight to the casino floor.

The G-Unit mogul has partnered with casino gaming company TCSJOHNHUXLEY to launch 50 Cent Headcrack, a new live table game inspired by Cee-lo, the three-dice game with deep roots in New York and hip-hop culture.

The game is scheduled to make its global debut at G2E Las Vegas 2026, which runs from September 29 through October 1 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. TCSJOHNHUXLEY has confirmed it will showcase new gaming products during this year's convention.

50 Cent Turns Cee-Lo Into An Official Casino Game

Headcrack keeps the familiar three-dice foundation of Cee-lo while reworking the game for regulated casino play.

Instead of the informal betting traditionally associated with the street game, the casino version adds professional dealers, established betting structures, published payouts, side bets and casino gaming technology.

It will also use a Bank-Shooter-Tie betting format designed to make the rules easier for players unfamiliar with Cee-lo.

And the game's biggest moment comes when somebody rolls the iconic 4-5-6 combination.

That's the “Headcrack.”

According to TMZ, the winning roll is designed to trigger the table to erupt with the game's signature phrase.

For 50, the concept is about taking something familiar from the streets of New York and putting it into an entirely different setting.

“For a hundred years this game lived on the corner,” 50 told TMZ. “Now it's got a dealer, a pay table and a seat at the table in a real casino.”

‘Same Dice, New Floor’

Headcrack is reportedly being developed for commercial casino operators rather than simply serving as a promotional game tied to 50 Cent's name.

Plans include versions using both traditional physical dice and automated dice technology, potentially allowing casinos to offer the game in several formats.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg said the collaboration pairs 50's worldwide entertainment reach with the company's experience developing live casino gaming products.

The company is a longtime supplier of casino equipment and live gaming technology and will have a major presence at G2E Las Vegas this year.

50 Cent Adds Another Business To His Growing Empire

Casino gaming becomes the latest industry 50 Cent has entered outside of music.

The rapper has spent years building businesses across television, film, touring, alcohol, publishing and consumer products, transforming himself from one of hip-hop's biggest stars into a multimedia entrepreneur.

Now, he's betting that a game with generations of history on New York street corners can find a new audience under the bright lights of commercial casinos.

Or, as 50 put it himself:

“Same dice, new floor.”
