50 Cent is revisiting his longtime feud with Rick Ross, making it clear that he sees their nearly two-decade rivalry as entertainment rather than a serious personal conflict.

During an October 13 appearance on The Crew Has It podcast, the G-Unit rapper discussed some of his biggest hip-hop rivalries and once again took aim at Ross' past employment as a correctional officer.

While 50 Cent admitted that his public exchanges with Ross are largely for laughs, he also suggested that the Miami rapper's law enforcement background makes their feud different from his other rap beefs.

50 Cent Says Rick Ross Beef Is All Entertainment

During the podcast conversation, 50 Cent was asked about his history of feuding with other rappers.

When Ross' name came up, he immediately referenced the Maybach Music Group founder's previous career in corrections.

"I tell you the most difficult beef to have… It's when the person you're beefing with is law enforcement," 50 Cent said.

He went on to suggest that Ross would involve authorities if their disagreement ever escalated beyond music and social media.

"When it [gets] hot, they're just going to tell, bro. Trust me on that one, man," he continued.

However, 50 Cent clarified that he doesn't take their public rivalry particularly seriously.

"No, he's funny because it's like, that's all entertainment to me," he explained.

The rapper added that he continues to view Ross through the lens of his former profession, despite the years that have passed since he worked in corrections.

50 Cent Brings Up Rick Ross’ Correctional Officer Past Again

Ross' previous employment with the Florida Department of Corrections has been a recurring subject of 50 Cent's criticism.

According to department records, Ross began working as a correctional officer in December 1995.

He was assigned to the South Florida Reception Center before leaving the department in June 1997.

His employment history became a major talking point after photographs from his correctional officer training surfaced publicly.

The revelation sparked controversy over the contrast between Ross' former job and the street-oriented image presented in his music.

50 Cent has repeatedly used that history to mock the rapper throughout their feud.

During his latest interview, he again suggested that Ross' background makes him reluctant to view their rivalry as anything more than entertainment.

50 Cent And Rick Ross’ Feud Dates Back To 2009

The tension between 50 Cent and Rick Ross became one of hip-hop's most talked-about rivalries in the late 2000s.

Their conflict intensified in 2009 as the two exchanged insults through music, interviews and public appearances.

At one point, 50 Cent publicly brought attention to Tia Kemp, the mother of Ross' son, as their feud became increasingly personal.

Ross responded with his own attacks, including referring to 50 Cent as "Curly."

Over the years, their rivalry continued through diss records, social media posts and interviews, with both rappers regularly finding new opportunities to take shots at one another.

Despite the long history between them, 50 Cent's latest remarks suggest he views the ongoing exchanges as part of hip-hop entertainment rather than an active personal confrontation.

Nearly 20 years after their rivalry first gained widespread attention, 50 Cent is still finding ways to bring Ross into the conversation.

The Power executive producer has built a reputation for using humor and social media to respond to fellow celebrities, and his exchanges with Ross remain among his most recognizable feuds.
