Tia Kemp is showing no signs of backing down from her ongoing feud with 50 Cent, firing off another heated response after the rapper appeared in court over allegations involving his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
On Tuesday, November 3, 50 Cent attended a virtual court hearing concerning a temporary injunction he sought against Kemp, who shares a son with his longtime rival Rick Ross. Kemp did not appear at the hearing but later took to TikTok to address the situation, making it clear she had plenty to say about the G-Unit mogul’s latest legal move.
Tia Kemp Calls Out 50 Cent Following Court Appearance
In a video shared following the hearing, Kemp went directly at 50 Cent, questioning why he was spending time in court over their dispute and accusing him of acting like a victim.
“Curtis 15 muthaf**kin’ cents,” Kemp said, continuing her habit of mocking the rapper’s stage name.
Her comments came after 50 Cent appeared before a judge via Zoom earlier that day. According to TMZ, Kemp had not yet been formally served with the injunction, preventing the court from moving forward with a final order at the hearing.
During his appearance, 50 explained that he had considered dropping the matter but felt Kemp’s continued public responses left him with little choice but to pursue further legal action.
50 Cent and Tia Kemp’s Feud Escalates Into a Legal Battle
The dispute between the two has grown increasingly personal in recent weeks.
The latest tension began after 50 Cent publicly commented on an alleged assault involving William Roberts III, the 21-year-old son Kemp shares with Rick Ross.
Kemp responded by criticizing 50 for discussing her child. The exchange subsequently escalated when she made comments about 50’s teenage son, Sire, and his mother, Daphne Joy.
50 Cent’s legal team accused Kemp of making false and offensive statements about Sire, including unsupported claims about his developmental health.
On October 26, 50 filed a federal lawsuit in California seeking millions in damages. He also secured a temporary injunction in Florida intended to protect his son from alleged harassment and unwanted contact.
Kemp has continued to dispute 50’s actions publicly, repeatedly referring to him as “15 Cent” and accusing him of attempting to silence her.
Tia Kemp and 50 Cent’s Social Media Feud Continues
The courtroom controversy has not stopped the two from exchanging shots online.
Days before the hearing, Kemp claimed that her ability to use Instagram Live had been suspended, seemingly suggesting that 50 Cent or his supporters were responsible.
50 responded by reposting her complaint alongside Jermaine Jackson’s “Don’t Take It Personal,” adding another jab to their ongoing social media feud.
There has been no independent confirmation that 50 Cent was responsible for the reported Instagram restrictions.
Despite the heated exchanges, the legal dispute remains unresolved. Another hearing is scheduled for December 7, with the court yet to determine whether a longer-lasting injunction should be issued.
